“GOD'S WAYS OF LOVING YOU” Romans 8: 28-39
Romans
8:28-33 and 38-39 NLT 28 And we know that God causes everything to
work together for the good of those who love God and are called according to
his purpose for them. 29 For God knew his people in advance, and he
chose them to become like his Son, so that his Son would be the
firstborn among many brothers and sisters. 30 And having chosen
them, he called them to come to him. And having called them, he gave them right
standing with himself. And having given them right standing, he gave them his
glory. 31 What shall we say about such wonderful things as these? If God
is for us, who can ever be against us? 32 Since he did not spare even
his own Son but gave him up for us all, won’t he also give us everything
else? 33 Who dares accuse us whom God has chosen for his own? No
one—for God himself has given us right standing with himself. 38 And
I am convinced that nothing can ever separate us from God’s love. Neither death
nor life, neither angels nor demons, neither our fears for today nor our
worries about tomorrow—not even the powers of hell can separate us from God’s
love. 39 No power in the sky above or in the earth below—indeed,
nothing in all creation will ever be able to separate us from the love of God
that is revealed in Christ Jesus our Lord.
Title: “GOD'S WAYS OF LOVING YOU” Romans 8:28-39 NLT
Making
good for those who love,
Like
an amazing, gentle Father,
That
sent His firstborn from above.
He
gives His righteousness and glory,
To
the brothers and sisters of His son,
He
gives His love and His story,
That
brings new life to everyone.
Who's
against God's caring shelter,
And
the love that He bestows on you,
For the sun, rain and a world of
color,
Has
been created all for you.
Who
dares deny His life and death?
Who
can say it was for nothing?
For
His hope and for our rest,
Reveals
His sacrifice as loving.
He
makes us whole and makes us holy,
And
gives us the best future to live,
Nothing
can separate us from His glory,
For
He has so much more to give.
Be
assured you're His and He's yours,
And
nothing can divert you anymore,
You
can live untroubled at hell's door,
And
not be separated from your Lord.

Poem
for my great-grandson's: Jeremiah, Tobiah, and Elijah.
“GOD'S
WAYS OF LOVING YOU”
It
is when you lend a hand of care,
Or
when you have a burden to bear,
Or
when God connects with you in prayer,
You'll
know His ways of loving you.
When
you behold baby birds chirping,
Or watch the Sun coming
up each morning,
Or
see a gray sky as God's storm-warning,
You'll
know His ways of loving you.
And
when you hear tree-leaves rustle,
Or
when you see the night stars twinkle,
Or
when you view a rivers rumble,
You'll
know His ways of loving you.
And
whatever in nature meets eye or ear,
Or
however you happen to feel God near,
The
Lord is behind and before you there,
So
you'll know His ways of loving you.
